The Dorden Tashi Gomang Stupa
Rising within Gelephu Mindfulness City, Bhutan — this sacred stupa represents peace, compassion, and enlightenment. Conceived by His Eminence Trizin Tsering Rinpoche, and blessed by His Holiness the 70th Je Khenpo of Bhutan, it embodies both spiritual heritage and modern devotion.

A Vision Blessed by the Masters
Under the blessings of His Holiness the 70th Je Khenpo of Bhutan, who named it Dorden Tashi Gomang — “Infinite Auspicious Truth”, this project was initiated by His Eminence Trizin Tsering Rinpoche as a gift to the world — a living monument of compassion, wisdom, and peace.
The Stupa continues Bhutan’s sacred architectural legacy and forms the spiritual heart of Gelephu Mindfulness City.

Sacred Location and Structure
The Stupa lies behind the Gelephu Forest Range Office, covering 21 acres of consecrated land. Originally planned at 301 feet in height, it has now been refined to 291 feet, 256 feet wide, it mirrors the Mahabodhi Temple of Bodhgaya — symbolizing Buddha’s enlightened mind in physical form.
Built with bronze cladding and a reinforced concrete core, its design by Arup Engineers ensures resilience against earthquakes and storms, preserving it for millennia.

The Inner Sanctum — Choeten Zung
Within the Stupa lies a sacred structure known as the Choeten Zung, containing relics and offerings that embody the enlightened body, speech, and mind of the Buddha.
- ✧Buddha Kāśyapa Tooth Relic — 18 inches tall, sealed inside a 3 kg pure gold reliquary, enshrined forever at the heart of the Stupa
- Yeshey Sempa (Vajrasattva) statues on each level
- Phebdhung Ringsel on four side Choetens
- 1,00,000 Chador (Vajrapani) statues
- 216 sacred wealth vases (Sachu Bumtoer & Yangbum)
- 100 Million Tsha-Tsha miniature stupas with relics and mantras

The sacred Buddha Tooth Relic — a living embodiment of enlightenment, enshrined within the Stupa forever.
“Where the relics of a Tathagata are placed,
there stands a living Buddha.”
— Buddhist Sutra
These sacred contents transform the stupa into a living mandala — radiating merit, purification, and blessings throughout the world.
